1. Where can I pre-order?

The pre-order for the SONY WH-1000XM6 is now available on the Digital Walker website and at all Digital Walker stores, view full list of stores here.

2. When is the pre-order duration?

Pre-orders for the Sony WH-1000XM6 run from May 16, 2025 (starting at 12:00 AM on the website and during mall opening hours in-store) until June 20, 2025 (ending at 11:59 PM on the website and at mall closing hours in-store)

3. What are the perks that I can get when I pre-order the Sony WH-1000XM6? 

All customers who pre-order the Sony WH-1000XM6 through the Digital Walker website or stores from May 16 to June 20, 2025, will receive a free 10,000mAh Momax power bank worth P1,690 with every successful order.

4. How do I place my order?

ONLINE PRE-ORDER THROUGH WEBSITE

  • Customers can visit the Digital Walker website at https://digitalwalker.ph/ to place an order.
  • Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment method online.
  • Pre-ordered units including the freebie will be shipped to the customer from June 21, 2025 to July 06, 2025.

WALK-IN PRE-ORDER AT DIGITAL WALKER RETAIL STORES

  • Customers can pre-order at any of the Digital Walker stores.
  • Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per color. It is not guaranteed that the units your want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Customers must pay a minimum of ₱5,000 down payment to secure their pre-ordered unit, with the remaining balance to be settled in full upon claiming (from June 21, 2025 to July 06, 2025).
  • Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up.
  • Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Pre-ordered units including the freebie will be shipped to the customer from June 21, 2025 to July 06, 2025.

5. What are the available payment methods?

DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE:

  • All major debit / credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • Three (3) months installment, 0% interest (BPI, UNIONBANK, HSBC)

6. Do I have to pay in full?

For online pre-orders, full payment is required at checkout. 

For in-store pre-orders, you may reserve your unit with a minimum of ₱5,000 downpayment. The remaining balance can be settled in full upon claiming your unit at the store.

In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

7. What are the available delivery methods?

DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE:

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.

IN-STORE:

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at Digital Walker stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

8. What is your return and refund policy?

Refunds, cancellations, or changes are NOT allowed for all pre-orders. No reservation of stocks for unpaid pre-orders.
