I was initially excited to purchase the Marshall Bromley, but unfortunately my experience with Digital Walker left a bad impression.
One of the reasons I decided to buy was the advertised free Marshall headphones promotion. Before placing my order, I even contacted customer support to confirm that the promo was still valid and that there were still freebie stocks available. They confirmed that I was eligible, so I proceeded with my purchase.
When my order arrived, the free headphones were nowhere to be found.
I had to repeatedly follow up with customer support and even copy the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in my complaint before Digital Walker finally agreed to send the promised headphones. While I appreciate that they eventually committed to honoring the promotion, I should never have had to escalate the issue just to receive what was advertised and confirmed before I made my purchase.
The Marshall Bromley itself is a great speaker, but the purchasing experience was frustrating and disappointing. Promotions should be honored without customers having to fight for them.
I sincerely hope Digital Walker improves how it manages promotional campaigns and communicates with customers so others don’t have to go through the same experience.
