2. When is the pre-order duration?
The pre-order duration for Sony WF-1000XM5 is on July 26 – August 24, 2023 based on mall hours.

b. Installment up to 12 months with 0% interest on applicable banks.

4. How do I place my order?
a. Customers can pre-order at the participating Digital Walker retail stores mentioned above.
b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders and take note that this will be a first come, first serve basis. Stocks may vary per color.
c. Down payment of P3,000 is required to reserve a unit of Sony WF-1000XM5. Customers will receive a collection receipt upon down payment.
d. Full payment must be settled on or before September 10, 2023, or upon claiming the device, whichever comes first. Failure to do so will subject the pre-order reservation to cancellation and the down payment will be forfeited.
e. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Customers must present their collection receipt and a valid ID to claim the pre-ordered unit from the same store where they pre-ordered. Claiming of pre-ordered Sony WF-1000XM5 will be available by September 1, 2023.

9. Does the freebie (Momax Magnetic Wireless Charger) have a warranty?
Unfortunately, we do not cover the warranty for freebies. We have a 1 year warranty only for the unit, WF-1000XM5.
