1. Where can I pre-order?
You may pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Fold7 Series at participating Digital walker and open_source stores:

2. When is the pre-order duration?
- July 15 to 31, 2025 only.
- Selected Digital Walker and open_source stores will depend on mall hours.
3. What are the perks that I can get when I pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Fold7 Series?
3.1 Customers get a FREE memory upgrade as part of the pre-order offer.
- Memory upgrade is applicable within model series only. Upgrade cannot jump from one series to another (ex. Upgrade from Galaxy Z Flip7 FE to Galaxy Z Flip7 is not accepted)
3.2 Customers who will pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and Fold7 will get a FREE Galaxy Buds FE worth Php 5,490.
4. How do I place my order?
Orders will be accepted at the participating stores mentioned above.
WALK-IN PRE-ORDER AT SELECTED DIGITAL WALKER RETAIL STORES
- Customers can pre-order at the participating stores above.
- Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
- Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered.
5. What are the available payment methods?
PRE-ORDER AT RETAIL STORES
Different payment options available, but may vary per branch:
- Cash
- Debit / Credit Straight Charge
- 3/6/12/24 months installment on applicable banks
- Online Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, and Unionbank) – for verification from 10:00am to 4:00pm (Weekdays only)
- Gcash
- eGifts from Giftaway
6. Do I have to pay in full?
Full payment is required if the customer will pre-order via credit card Installment, and if the customer wants to avail applicable credit card promos. No refunds and cancellations will be accepted.
In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
7. What are the available delivery methods?
For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at Digital Walker, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.
