3.1 Customer gets a FREE memory upgrade as part of the pre-order offer. 

  • Memory upgrades are applicable only within the same model series. Upgrades cannot be made from one series to another (e.g., upgrading from the Galaxy S25 Plus to the Galaxy S25 Ultra is not allowed.)

4. How do I place my order?

Orders will be accepted at the participating stores listed above:

  • Customers can pre-order at the participating stores listed above.

  • Store staff will assist with pre-orders. Please note that stock availability may vary by model and color. Availability is not guaranteed and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A down payment of Php 3,000 is required for pre-ordered units.

  • Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units must be claimed at the same store where the order was placed.

5. What are the available payment methods?

PRE-ORDER AT RETAIL STORES

Different payment options available, but may vary per branch:

  • Cash
  • Debit / Credit Straight Charge
  • Installment (for balance payment on participating banks

6. Do I have to pay in full?

A Php 3,000 down payment is required to secure a unit during pre-order. Please note that down payments are non-refundable and cancellations will not be accepted.

Once the pre-ordered device is ready for pick-up, customers must pay the remaining balance to receive the main unit (Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+, or S25 Ultra) along with the included freebies.

To address the heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, all online transactions will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured, these verification measures are implemented for our mutual safety and protection. Store pick-up is the only available option. Units must be picked up at the same store where the pre-order was placed
