1. Where can I pre-order?

The pre-order for the OnePlus Watch 3 is available at:

  • Participating Digital Walker Stores

2. When is the pre-order duration?

From June 19 to June 22, 2025, all Digital Walker and open_source stores will depend on mall hours. Customers may also place pre-orders online via the Digital Walker website, which will be open from 10:00 AM on June 19 until 10:00 PM on June 22, 2025.

3. What are the perks that I can get when I pre-order the Oneplus Watch 3?

Walk-in Pre-Order at Digital Walker and open_source by Beyond The Box retail stores:

  • Special pre-order pricing for cash/straight transactions, and 0% Installment up to 12 months on applicable banks.

Online Pre-Order through Digital Walker Website:

  • 0% Installment for up to 3 months for BPI, UnionBank, and HSBC cardholders
  • Special pre-order pricing for all pre-order transactions
  • Free shipping for pre-orders within Metro Manila for orders Php 2,000 and above.
  • Insured delivery via our own logistics for orders within Metro Manila and LBC for orders outside Metro Manila

4. How do I place my order?

Walk-in Pre-Order at Digital Walker and open_source by Beyond The Box retail stores:

  • Customers can pre-order at the participating stores listed above.
  • Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Please note that stocks may vary by model and color. Availability is not guaranteed, as units will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Customers must pay for the pre-ordered units in full using any of the available in-store payment methods.
  • Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units must be claimed at the same store where the pre-order was placed. Units will be available within 7 to 15 working days from the pre-order date.

Online Pre-Order through Digital Walker Website:

  • Customers can visit digitawalker.ph to place an order.
  • Please note that stock availability may vary by model and color. Units are not guaranteed, as orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Customers must pay for pre-ordered units in full using any of the available online payment methods.
  • Pre-ordered units will be shipped to customers once they are ready. Units are expected to become available within 7 to 15 working days from the end of the pre-order period.

5. What are the available payment methods?

  • 3/6/12 months installment on applicable banks. Available bank terminals may vary per store.
  • Online Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, and Unionbank) – for verification from 10:00am to 4:00pm (Weekdays only)

6. Do I have to pay in full?

Yes, the full amount for the OnePlus Watch 3 must be paid to confirm your pre-order. Please note that refunds and cancellations will not be accepted.

In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

7. What are the available delivery methods?

IN-STORE:
For customers who pre-order via walk-in at Digital Walker, store pick-up is the only available option. Units must be picked up at the same store where the pre-order was placed.

DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE:
For pre-orders within Metro Manila, our own Logistics Team will deliver your order. For pre-orders outside Metro Manila, secured delivery via LBC will be arranged for you.
