4. How do I place my order?

- Customers can pre-order at the participating stores above.
- Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
- Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 7-15 working days from pre-order date.
ONLINE PRE-ORDER THROUGH SHOPEE DIGITAL WALKER
- Customers can visit the Shopee Digital Walker to place an order.
- Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods online.
- Pre-ordered units will be shipped to the customer once it is ready. Availability date of the units will be within 7-15 working days from end of pre-order date.

6. Do I have to pay in full?
Yes, the full amount of OnePlus Pad 3 must be paid to confirm your pre-order. No refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at Digital Walker, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.
SHOPEE DIGITAL WALKER:
For Shopee pre-orders, the Shopee Logistics Team will be handling the delivery of your item.
