- Customers can pre-order at the participating stores above.
- Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
- Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up.
- Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units and exclusive gifts will be within 14-21 working days from pre-order date.

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
