4. How do I place my order?
– Customers can visit the online stores mentioned above to place an order.
– Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
– Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods online.
– Pre-ordered units will be shipped to the customer once it is ready. Availability date of the units and exclusive gifts will be within 14-21 working days for Headphone (a) Pink, White and Black from pre-order date. While for Headphone (a) Yellow will be within 28-35 working days from pre-order date.

Yes, the full amount of a Nothing Headphone (a) must be paid. No refunds and cancellations will be accepted.
