4. How do I place my order?
- Customers can visit the Digital Walker website at https://digitalwalker.ph/ to place an order.
- Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Customers will have to pay for the units in full via any of the available payment methods online.
- Units will be shipped to the customer starting May 2, 2024
- All major debit / credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- Three (3) months installment (BPI AND UNIONBANK)
- Online banking via DragonPay
- Over-the-Counter non-banks via DragonPay

6. Do I have to pay in full?
Yes, the full amount of Nothing Ear & Ear (a) must be paid. No refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

7. What are the available delivery methods?
For Metro Manila orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
