4. How do I place my order?
Pre-orders will be accepted at the following retail stores / channels:
WALK-IN PRE-ORDER AT ANY DIGITAL WALKER RETAIL STORE
A. Customers can pre-order at any of the Digital Walker retail stores (see full list of stores here)
B. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
C. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
D. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 7-21 working days from pre-order date.

ONLINE PRE-ORDER THROUGH DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE
A. Customers may visit the Digital Walker website at https://digitalwalker.ph/ to place an order.
B. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
C. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods online.
D. Pre-ordered units will be shipped to the customer once it is ready. Availability date of the units will be within 7-21 working days from pre-order date.

6. Do I have to pay the full amount?
Yes, the full amount of the Nothing Ear (2) White must be paid to confirm your pre-order and no refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

7. What are the available delivery methods?

IN-STORE:
For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at any of the Digital Walker retail stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE:
For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.

8. Will I receive the Nothing Ear (2) White immediately?

As this is a pre-order arrangement, the Nothing Ear (2) White will be available for claiming or delivery within 7-21 working days from the pre-order date.
