4. How do I place my order?

● Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is
● not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
● Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
● Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 7-15 working days from the end of pre-order date.

6. Do I have to pay in full?
Yes, the full amount must be paid to confirm your pre-order. No refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

7. What are the available delivery methods?
*IN-STORE:
For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at Digital Walker and open_source by Beyond the box, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.
*SHOPEE DIGITAL WALKER and SHOPEE ONEPLUS
For Shopee pre-orders, the Shopee Logistics Team will be handling the delivery of your item.
*DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE
For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
