1. Where and when is the iPhone 14 midnight launch?
The midnight launch for iPhone 14 will be at Digital Walker Ayala Malls Manila Bay.

Distribution of queue cards and unit cards will start at 7:00pm.

Event activities will start at 9:00pm.

Fulfillment of orders will start at 12:01am.

3. How do I place my order?
a. Customers must visit and queue at Digital Walker Ayala Malls Manila Bay

b. At 7:00pm, we will start giving out queue cards. Issuance of queue cards will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Queue cards will be issued to customers who are physically present on the line during the start of distribution. Customers may line up any time as soon as the mall opens at 10am at their own discretion.

c. PWD, pregnant, senior citizens are NOT exempted from the issuance of queue cards. NO priority will be given for the issuance of queue cards, however, upon issuance of queue cards, a separate priority lane will be made available for priority in payment.

d. Take note that stocks may vary per model / capacity / color. It is not guaranteed that the unit you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.

e. Due to limited stocks, kindly take note that each customer may only purchase two (2) units during the midnight launch.
- 1 person = 1 queue card
- 1 queue card, maximum of two (2) units
- 1 unit card = 1 set of freebies

f. Fulfillment of orders will start at 12:01am. Customers will already receive their units by this time.

4. What are the available payment methods?
a. Cash

5. Do I have to pay the full amount?
Yes, the full amount of the iPhone 14 must be paid to confirm your order and no refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

6. Can I change my order once I have received my unit card?
No. Since the stocks are limited, we will not allow any change of order once the customer has received their unit card.


7. Will I receive the iPhone 14 immediately?
Yes, you will receive your unit during the midnight launch starting 12:01am.
