1. What type of audio devices are eligible for trade-in?
We accept any brand and model of audio devices, whether it’s working or not. (We do not accept parts or speaker accessories)
2. Do I need to bring the box or accessories of my old audio device?
No, only the device is required. You do not need to bring the original box, cables, or accessories.
3. How much discount will I get?
You can get discounts up to PHP10,000 off on Marshall products. Ask our in-store team for exact discounts on specific models.
4. Can I trade in more than one device?
Yes.
5. Can I come back another day to use my discount?
No, the trade-in discount is only valid on the same day the audio device is turned in. Be ready to make your purchase during your visit.
6. Can I pay in installments and still get the discount?
Yes.
7. Can I have my old audio device back if I change my mind?
No. Once a trade-in item is accepted by store staff, it becomes property of the store and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
8. Is the promo available online?
No. The trade-in promo is valid for in-store purchases only.
9. How long will this promo run?
