3. What are the perks that I can get when I pre-order the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus?
Customers who purchase the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus during the pre-order period will be entitled to a Php 2,000 pesos discount on SRP.

- Free shipping for pre-orders within Metro Manila for orders Php 2,000 and above.

4. How do I place my order?
Orders will be accepted at the participating stores mentioned above:
WALK-IN PRE-ORDER AT SELECTED DIGITAL WALKER RETAIL STORES
- Customers can pre-order at the participating stores above.
- Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
- Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 7-15 working days from pre-order date.
ONLINE PRE-ORDER THROUGH DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE
- Customers can visit the Digital Walker Website to place an order.
- Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
- Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods online.
- Pre-ordered units will be shipped to the customer once it is ready. Availability date of the units will be within 7-15 working days from pre-order date.
5. What are the available payment methods?

- Debit / Credit Straight Charge
- Credit Card Installment up to 3 months installment
- Online Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, and Unionbank)
- Gcash

For Credit Card Installment: Tenor per month may vary per bank.
DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE:

6. Do I have to pay in full?
Yes, the full amount of a Nothing Phone (2a) Plus must be paid. No refunds and cancellations will be accepted.
In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
7. What are the available delivery methods?
IN-STORE:
For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at Digital Walker, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.
DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE:
For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
