Orders will be accepted at select Digital Walker retail stores / channels:

WALK-IN PRE-ORDER AT ANY DIGITAL WALKER RETAIL STORES 

  • Customers can pre-order at Digital Walker SM Mall of Asia.
  • Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the units you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered units in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
  • Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 7-14 days from pre-order date.

ONLINE ORDER AT NOTHING SHOPEE / LAZADA

  • Customers can visit the Nothing Shopee and Nothing Lazada to place an order.

6. Do I have to pay in full?

Yes, the full amount of Nothing Phone (2) 12+256GB and 12+512GB Dark Gray or White must be paid. No refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

NOTHING SHOPEE / LAZADA:
For customers who will pre-order via Nothing Shopee and Nothing Lazada, couriers from Shopee and Lazada will take care of the delivery of your parcel.

DIGITAL WALKER WEBSITE:
For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
