Pre-order the MacBook Pro 14" M3, MacBook Pro 16" M3, and iMac M3 from December 1, 2023 (9:00 AM) to December 6, 2023 (11:59 PM).

1. Where can I pre-order?
The pre-order for MacBook Pro 14" M3, MacBook Pro 16" M3, and iMac M3 is available at any Digital Walker retail stores.

2. When is the pre-order duration?

The pre-order duration for MacBook Pro 14" M3, MacBook Pro 16" M3, and iMac M3 is from December 1, 2023 (start of mall hours) until December 6, 2023 (end of mall hours).

For Digital Walker website, December 1, 2023 (9:00AM) until December 6, 2023 (11:59PM)

3. What are the perks that I can get for pre-ordering at Digital Walker?
a. Special pricing for cash/straight transactions
b. Installment up to 24 months with 0% interest on applicable banks.

4. How do I place my order? 
a. Customers can pre-order at any of the Digital Walker retail stores (see full list of stores here)
b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per size/color. It is not guaranteed that the unit you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered unit can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of MacBook Pro M3 will be within 7 to 14 working days from pre-order date and 4 to 5 weeks for iMac M3. For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 15 working days to fulfill your orders

5. What are the available payment methods?

6. Do I have to pay the full amount?
Yes, the full amount of the MacBook Pro 14" M3, MacBook Pro 16" M3, and iMac M3 must be paid to confirm your pre-order and no refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

7. What are the available delivery methods?
Store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their units at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

8. Will I receive the MacBook Pro 14" & 16" M3 or iMac M3 immediately?
As this is a pre-order arrangement, MacBook Pro M3 will be available for claiming within 7 to 14 working days from pre-order date and 4 to 5 weeks for iMac M3. For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 15 working days to fulfill your orders
