OP13

On Wednesday 18th of February I received a Oneplus 13 from DW. It’s the blue variant with16GB/512GB. I believe it was the last unit DW had in stock, and came with a substantial discount. The phone was very carefully packed and shipped from Manila on about the 2nd. It took about 2 weeks to arrive here in CDO via sea freight and LBC.

It's a wonderful phone that the reviewers have praised for a year since it’s introduction, and I’ve been setting it up over the last couple of days. I agree – it’s a terrific gadget. It’s too bad that they have become very difficult to find in new condition. I’m moving sims and data from a Pixel 9, and so far all is good.

The DW team has been very good to work with. At the beginning we had some issues regarding my identifying information, but we resolved those issues over a period of a couple of days. I do have one suggestion for DW which is to use the phone as well as email. Usually issues that require multiple emails and hours or days to sort out can be resolved in a quick 2 minute phone call. Please DW, consider using the phone as a customer service tool.

Even so, DW is great group of people, and I highly recommend them. Oneplus and Nothing, in particular can be hard to find here in the Philippines, and DW does their best to stock those products. So, I’d say if you’re looking for the unusual consider DW – they’ll do it right!

I've owned OnePlus 5, 7, 9, 11 and now 13. No doubt this is the best yet. Fast processor, smooth and clear graphics, wifi 7, fast charging (~30 minutes on 100W charger), excellent camera and video, always on display with several options, Oxygen OS 15 which is regularly updated for security and features. I appreciate that Digital Walker has the Global ROM (CPH2653) which is required for my travels in certain countries. Bluetooth is fast and clear with several headphones and earbuds. Note to the buyer: there is no charger in the box, and the phone can accept 100W, although 30W or 65W is satisfactory. Esim and dual SIM work great, although I am waiting for the day when both SIM 1 and SIM 2 can be eSims. Currently the eSim replaces SIM 2. After using OP13 in several countries with several SIMs and eSims, connecting numerous devices through wifi and Bluetooth, dropping the phone a few times (I have the "Wood Grain Magnetic Case"), getting the phone wet, using tap to pay and modifying the settings I am completely happy with OP13 and appreciate Digital Walker getting it to me so quickly.
