2. When is the pre-order duration?
The pre-order duration for MacBook Pro 14in & 16in M2 and Mac Mini M2 is from February 25, 2023 (start of mall hours) until March 1, 2023 (end of mall hours).
3. What are the perks that I can get for pre-ordering at Digital Walker?
a. Special pricing for cash and straight charge.
b. Installment up to 24 months with 0% interest on applicable banks.
4. How do I place my order?
a. Customers can pre-order at the participating Digital Walker retail stores mentioned above.
b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / capacity / color. It is not guaranteed that the unit you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 14-21 working days from pre-order date. For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 15 working days to fulfill your orders.
5. What are the available payment methods?
a. Cash
b. Debit / Credit Card Straight Charge
c. 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 months installment on applicable banks
d. Online bank transfer (BDO, BPI, and Unionbank)

6. Do I have to pay the full amount?
Yes, the full amount of the MacBook Pro 14in & 16in M2 or Mac Mini M2 must be paid to confirm your pre-order and no refunds and cancellations will be accepted.
In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
7. What are the available delivery methods?
Store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order.
8. Will I receive the MacBook Pro 14in & 16in M2 or Mac Mini M2 immediately?
As this is a pre-order arrangement, the MacBook Pro 14in & 16in M2 and Mac Mini M2 will be available for claiming or delivery within 14-21 working days from pre-order date. For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 15 working days to fulfill your orders.
